Simply the BEST! Acura of Libertyville has been working on my vehicles sine 2008- I would have never thought it possible to actually drive into a service department to Acura of Libertyville has been working on my vehicles sine 2008- I would have never thought it possible to actually drive into a service department to drop off my car without the anxiety of thinking- How am i going to get screwed today. I know this sounds unbelievable but, that has NEVER been the case at the Acura of LIbertyville service department. Shelly and her service team are really GREAT and they are always smiling when i go in- I actually look forward to it! AND and and, their pricing is good too! If there is any drawback at all, it's that they put me in such nice loaner cars that it makes me want to trade mine in for another new one! keep up the good work! More

Tough Issue With NAVI Dimming Dark during the Day I have had my car in the shop twice and the service team has been very professional. I have had a demo service car for about two weeks. The issue is I have had my car in the shop twice and the service team has been very professional. I have had a demo service car for about two weeks. The issue is very difficult and I provided pictures and video. Bacially the NAVI goes dark during the day sporadically. Second visit technician decided after speaking to Acura tech to put in a new screen. I am still evaluating the success of this change. We have had cloudy days so it appears to be working-waiting for the sun. I still wonder if my sensor is bad. Again the service team has been very professional throughout this frustrating event. I love the car and for 10 months everything was great. More
