I have bought many cars (new and used) over the years and have never dealt with a dealer like Acura of Libertyville before. My wife and I had been searching for several months and looked at many makes and m have never dealt with a dealer like Acura of Libertyville before. My first encounter was with our future salesman, Jerry Solan. Jerry was the consummate professional making us feel at ease and going above and beyond to answer our questions and make the whole process quite enjoyable. He is a big reason we chose to do business at this dealership. His knowledge and attention to detail helped to set this dealership apart from others we had checked out. During the buying process, we were introduced to several other people within the dealership that made us feel very comfortable and appreciated. After the purchase of our new 2013 Acura RDX, the fantastic customer service continued from the owners of the dealership to the service techs working on the vehicles in back. The best thing about this dealer is when I walk into their building, I feel welcome. They don't treat you like another number, but like a valued customer. I will definitely return to this dealer when its time to look for my next vehicle!! More

Our first visit was to purchse a car. Andy was low pressure, professional, and answered all of our questions or got answers for those he wasn't sure of. All of the people who participated in our car purchasing "event" were delightful to work with. A week later my car was in to have splash guards added. Nick Lantvit was our service avisor. He kept me up to date on when my car would be ready since I left the service dept. This dealership goes out of their way to please the customer. Today we attended a new car clinic that allowed customers to have questions answere. A tech clinic is being offered in a few days to aquaint new owners with the navigation system. I am impressed that if I get a new phone and need it connected to my bluetooth and am having trouble, I can just drop into the showroom to have a sales associate program it for me. This is quite impressive. I get the feeling that no task is too large for them as long as it makes the customer happy. I LOVE my Acura. I am a first time purchaser but definately not a last. More

We had searched for and test driven vehicles at other dealerships, much closer to our home, but we were uncomfortable with the sales people who we found to be too aggressive and intimidating. Received a great quote from Luigi over email and worked with him on a specific car selection, loan approval, etc. When we got to the dealership, vehicle was already prepared and waiting for us. Don’t think we spent more than 1.5 hr. to finish all paperwork and leave with a new car. In my opinion everything was perfect - Luigi has demonstrated great customer service and communication skills. I would not hesitate to characterize him as honest and straightforward. Will be recommending Luigi and Libertyville Acura to my friends and relatives. After we got everything done, everyone was gone since it was after 6 o'clock, but James stayed with us, made sure that we were comfortable with the features of the new car. He help us set up our phone, our navigation system and our seat adjustments. He went over the entire technology package with us and made sure we were comfortable with everything before allowing us to get out there. :) Charlie was very friendly, made the scariest part of the transaction actually fun. He was very informative, gave us a very good deal, found us the best bank for financing. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. This dealership seems to go above and beyond to meet their customers needs. Also, they have these "clinics" that are free. They have signed me up for the technology clinic right away. More
