Luigi walked me through every detail of my RDX to make sure I knew how to use all of the components (even setting my Bluetooth and phone contacts for me) while Eric made sure I understood all the details of my lease. After looking at several luxury SUV's including Volvo, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, and Audi - it was clear that the RDX was the best value for the money.
