My Experience with Acura of Libertyville When we went to Acura of Libertyville to look at a new car forme, we were greeted by James Won a sales specialist. He answered all of our questions sh When we went to Acura of Libertyville to look at a new car forme, we were greeted by James Won a sales specialist. He answered all of our questions showed us a couple of the RDX for 2014 . He expleined about the navigation system, the rear vear camer, & a lot of other things on the crossover. He did not put any undue pressure on us tto buy. We mentioned about using my old car as a trade-in. He suggested that we go to Car Max to get a quote from them so we would know that we were getting a fair deal on our trade-in. We got a good price on the Acura. HJames spent a lot of time with us after we purchased the car to make sure we understood the basics & told to come back with the car for with any questions about operation of the car. Can't be more pleased than that! More

He was polite, not pushy, taking care to provide a nice high level comparison between the RDX and MDX vehicles in the store. During my test rides, more explanations about the cars, features and only a minor mention of the SUV competition. Once i purchased the vehicle, Wael was very effective and describing and configuring the vehicle. We spent over an hour doing this, covering seats, mirrors as well as the extensive nav system. The only thing we did not cover (and was not an issue) was the DVD system. We got that figured out by going for a ride with one of our older sons and letting him poke around. More
