Shane Lyon was our sales person, Shane is very knowledgeable abut any tiny detail that you can ask him about Acura. We test drove the MDX so Shane went through a detailed overview of everything that we needed to know about the safety, performance, technology etc. By the negotiation table he ask us if we need anything to drink, that was very nice of him. DeShawn was extremely professional and took a few hours to make sure I understood how everything on the MDX worked. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever.
