First, the waiting room is not only well stocked with beverages/snacks, but has a nice ambiance with extras such as wifi/phone chargers that would be most welcome (if we had to wait). Both James and Glenn were very professional throughout the entire process and clarified every important detail, yet were very efficient and there was close to no lag time.
