He took the time to pair my phone with the car, show me how to add contacts for speed dial, add radio stations, control heat, etc. He basically went over everything I would need to drive comfortably and safely. I am not very tech savvy so this was very helpful. Luigi also helped me get a great trade-in value on my old car. He was able to offer me more than Carmax (I got a quote ahead of time). Overall, this is a great dealership. The facilities are clean and all members of the staff are friendly. James was also very helpful in ensuring I had a positive experience. Sales people typically are very aggressive and pushy, but Luigi and James were the complete opposite. I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. More

Most dealerships seem to have a documentation fee. This one charged $168 which is an annoying fee. To stand above the rest, I would suggest building this into the car price. Overall I am very satisfied. More

My experience with Shane Lyon and the team was great. Shane is knowledgeable and made the complete buying process a very relaxing and a hassle-free experience. I also traded in my old car and got a good price for it. The whole process from test-driving the RDX, trading in my old car, financing and driving out with my new car just took a few hours and the team stayed late way past the dealership closing time to enable me to drive out with my new car the same day. In addition to the pre-sales service, before we left the lot with our vehicle, Luigi made sure we had a good understanding of how all the electronics could be set-up and/or changed. The dealership offers post sales workshops that allows customers to come in for hands on help if needed. We haven't had an opportunity to utilize this service but it's nice to have it available.
