I was looking for a dealership where I would not have to spend an entire day (or days) to buy a car. I found this type of service at Acura of Libertyville. The whole process was smooth and took less than an another for me to get the keys to my new car. Michael Berrones was my sales person and he did an excellent job. At no point did I felt pressure to buy anything and they were very open about all the questions I asked. I could of gotten a cheaper car with less miles at another dealership but for me, the quality of service means more. Also, the peace of mind knowing that I am getting a great product. As soon as we entered Acura of Libertyville showroom on January 19, 2015… in less than 30 seconds we were greeted by Mike Hatch-Used Care Manager; my As soon as we entered Acura of Libertyville showroom on January 19, 2015… in less than 30 seconds we were greeted by Mike Hatch-Used Care Manager; my husband and I were interested in a used car on the lot. Mike was very friendly and very helpful and introduced us to Wael Kahlaf-Sales &Leasing Consultant. Wael right away put our needs first; prior to testing driving we were give the opportunity to look inside. My husband and I test droved the cars from the lot. During our test drive he explained all the options/features to us in detail. After, the test driving the car Wael sat down us down and went over the inspection of the vehicle in full details…he wrote up the contract and we were very pleased. Wael was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The next step was to go into the Business Manager- Joe Essling…the process was totally amazing we were in& out of his office in less than 15 minutes he also explained everything in full details….I have purchased many cars in my life and honestly the whole process was such a wonderful experience.
