It became a little overwhelming based on the number of options, but that is what you get when buying a quality auto. John from Finance found a lender that offered good interest rates with no hidden costs, etc. The signing party process was simple and accurate. The gentleman who detailed the new car and helped clean out my trade-in did a great job. Not sure what his name was, but good attention to detail. He even removed my little USMC sticker to put on my new Acura :). Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend contacting this dealer if you are interested in an Acura. More

I recently again was lead to an outstanding deal by James Won, and purchased another, this time Acura RL with the Certification issued by Libertyville Acura. James very patiently tended to my every question and made sure I understood every aspect of the Certified Program while explaining the needs of the dealer to make a deal that was fair for both of us. James hit another "home run" with a deal I can live with and plan to return to also purchase another MDX for my wife.
