We live in Wisconsin, about an hour away so we are not in the area that frequently. I have to say that we were really impressed with the dealership. The new car clinic was very informative and let us get to know Glenn, Shelly and Dave. You can tell that they really do care about doing a great job for you. Jennifer took over the car and we got everything done, including a car wash, during the session. The waiting area is comfortable and was well stocked with coffee and goodies. After this experience we decided that we will make the trip to the dealership even if it is just for an oil change. More

Did not do what was promised when purchased When I bought my vehicle I was promised that there would be some things taken care of as simple as some touch up and a detail. This took my vehicle to be in the shop for a week on two separate occasions and it was still not completed. Mike the used car Mgr can care less about the client. There is no attention to detail or follow up from him. The first time the car was at best washed. I'm not sure if detail is just a car wash. But when I get my car back and there's still dirt on the steering wheel and seats. The second time they asked me to sticker the car where the dirt was which I thought was very strange but I did so they can see all the spots they missed. When I came back the second time there were still snickered with the spots I missed. After talking to Shelley the only one that seems to care agreed that it was not cleaned as good as she would have had her team do it. But Shelley did go out there and start cleaning the car spots by herself for like 5 min. But at the end of the day I had to take my car and get it detailed at a local car wash and it came back perfect. Let's just say I will never buy a car from Acura in Libertyville again which was my second car purchase there nor service it there do to lack of ownership of manager staff to follow up and inspect what they expect from there associates or there out source where they send cars. More

Worked with Jennifer and I waited for my car in the waiting area. Fast service and my car came out sparkling clean. Jennifer explained everything to me and showed me my air filters etc. Will only service my cars here from now on. I also spoke to my salesman James about purchasing another Acura possibly an RDX so I will definitely be a loyal repeat customer. More
