Very happy!! Initially I had no intentions of purchasing a car. My son and I were just trying to waste time while our car was being serviced. We walked the lot f Initially I had no intentions of purchasing a car. My son and I were just trying to waste time while our car was being serviced. We walked the lot for a bit and Shane Lyon came out to introduce himself. I told him from the start that I was only looking because my car was being serviced. He never made me feel pressured just made himself available if I wanted anything. When we did decide to test drive a car he made sure that the car was safe to drive; actually spent 10 minutes assuring the tire pressure was safe. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car. Shane made both my son and I feel at home. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and just a nice sales man (rare!). Once we finally decided to purchase a car, Shane understood that we had time restraints. He worked with us and the finance office to be sure that we were out the door in time. A great team effort. Acura of Libertyville has not let us down yet! Thank you all for everything you have done. More

Great & Easy Experience I bought my second Acura in a row from Luigi who was great during the entire experience. I was coming off a TL lease and didn't know which car to go I bought my second Acura in a row from Luigi who was great during the entire experience. I was coming off a TL lease and didn't know which car to go into, but Luigi answered all my questions and let me drive the cars many times until I was comfortable with my choice of a new MDX. I love the car and the experience was very easy from start to finish. I would recommend Luigi and Librtyville Acura to anyone looking to get a new or used car. More

It was very easy, low pressure, and all my requests were accommodated by the fine people. My sales associate was Stanford Kim and he did a great job of always following up with my and answering my questions right away. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to his vehicles and his information during the test-drive was very impressive. Everyone at the dealership from the GM to the financing manager even to the owner are great people and easy to work with. The way car-buying should be. I will be back here again to see Stanford next time I need a vehicle. More

Working with Acura of Libertyville and Shane, in particular, was quite pleasant. Shane was helpful, direct and responsive but not pushy at all. We visited a number of dealers in the area, another Acura dealer and several other brands, in researching and test driving and had very different and less positive experiences. Great job, Shane and team! More
