He went over my service request and since I was waiting for my car, came to inform me about the status of the services being preformed. He was very informative about my vehicle (my car is 10 years old and still runs like a champ!!). Had the car washed (even though it was raining,) and as I left the dealership the rained stopped!. This was one of the best service calls I've had over the last decade! Thanks, Zachary, you rock!!! More

Stanford Kim was an awesome sales associate because he is very patient, efficient and knowledgable. It was a very seamless process. He and Michael hold the monthly tech clinics which are so helpful in helping clients learn how to personalize/navigate their new cars. Great service over the years I have been going here for the last 10 to 11 years. First to service my 2002 Accord and 2000 3.2TL, then bought 2007 MDX from them. I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge and professionalism, I expect that from Acura of Libertyville, but sales people can be sales people. Wael was very helpful in understanding the difference between the models, trim levels and their benefits. Even after I said it was probably 6 plus months before a purchase he was attentive, helpful and professional. Months later when my wife and I both came in he stayed late to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with our RDX and I cannot say enough about how straight forward, non-pressured, and pleasant the buying process was with Wael and the business managers at Acura of Libertyville.
