Great Service by Bruce I stopped by Acura service center in Libertyville, IL on 12/30/15 after calling to describe an issue with my windshield wiper. They told me I didn't n I stopped by Acura service center in Libertyville, IL on 12/30/15 after calling to describe an issue with my windshield wiper. They told me I didn't need an appointment. When I pulled up, I regretted not making an appointment as the cars waiting for service were lined up. Despite this, I only waited a few minutes before Bruce LaSaker approached to help. He assured me they would take a look at my windshield wiper quickly and give me an update. He kept his promise and updated me soon after. He assured me the repair would be covered under warranty but he had to order the part. I got a call the next day and they got me in right away. I was a bit apprehensive about the issue with my wiper but from the moment I arrived till I drove away with my wiper repaired, Bruce made me feel at ease and was sensitive to getting me in and out as quickly as possible. I teach marketing for a living and in this day and age, companies have to take customer service to a higher level to keep up their brand image. Bruce LaSaker exemplified this and I will be using this experience as an example of excellent customer service enhancing my perception of the Acura brand. Thanks! I love my Acura TL! More
