Unprofessional, dishonest finance practices This dealership used the incorrect sale price when calculating my financing(which of course means the wrong sales tax was calculated as well), which r This dealership used the incorrect sale price when calculating my financing(which of course means the wrong sales tax was calculated as well), which resulted in a $1200 refund to Acura Financing- which I was told by the finance person-Oslyn, they receive $150 in kick backs for financing through them so "don't refinance the 6.2% interest rate I received for at least 2 payments" (I already have) I told them specifically TRANSFER my plates- they did not and sent me new plates- ANOTHER fail and another expense on me I have not been reimbursed for. And all of this was blamed on me in a very unprofessional text message of all things because I was in a hurry and prefer not to spend my day in a car dealership when these things shouldn't take all day.
