On Friday June 4th, 2021, I have made phone call about a used Toyota Highlander. I have showed interest over the phone, and have set up an appointment to come see the vehicle the same day. The manager ensur used Toyota Highlander. I have showed interest over the phone, and have set up an appointment to come see the vehicle the same day. The manager ensured that the keys will be at his desk ready for my mom to test drive the car. I also called 1 hour before coming in, and the lady said the car is still there waiting for us to test drive. Once we got there, we see other people driving the car. Don't trust a word this dealer says, they will get you and a different person to come at the same time, so that there is a competition for the same vehicle. This will not give buyers time to think about a big financial decision they are about to make. This dealer is very pushy, bossy, and very very disrespectful. I will never ever visit this dealership. I wasted my time, and the time of my family. We had to drive 1 hour 15 minutes each way. This is why i made an appointment, to avoid wait times, and make sure that we have one on one time with the vehicle, without any other buyers in the way to make me make a bad decision. More

Visited on March 13th to look at a used CRV, Lexus RX350 and RDX. Juan B was our rep, nice guy but when I asked for numbers on the RDX he came back and said his GM was too busy to put any together right now and RDX. A customer asks for numbers and you say your too busy? I asked him to send me numbers... I sent Juan an email that afternoon asking for numbers on the RDX. Juan NEVER got back to me EVERY. I ended up buying a used Lexus 350RX from Lexus of Arlington because they wanted my business and made time for me.... Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that wants your business... More

DO NOT buy a car from this place!!!! This was a 50k mistake I made and would advice you to avoid making! Great Used Car Purchase Experience We had a great experience buying a used car at McGrath Acura - a pristine (for its age) white Mercedes ML 350 that was to be a gift to our daughter. We had a great experience buying a used car at McGrath Acura - a pristine (for its age) white Mercedes ML 350 that was to be a gift to our daughter. Julie Jones was the Sales Rep and she was OUTSTANDING throughout what was a pretty fast moving process. We found the car through Google Marketplace and did the majority of our communication through that platform. Julie was hyper responsive to our numerous questions. We live 5 hrs south, so we couldn't come see the car in person until we were quite certain we would purchase. Again, we had lots of questions, Julie patiently answered them all. She even took quite a few additional pictures of things we could not see in the original online photos. When things got "tricky" at the end due to our remote location, Julie (& the dealership) were willing to work with me to find a solution to hold the car until I could get up there to finish all of the paperwork. Thanks Julie - you really helped us pull off the ultimate b-day present for our daughter! More
