Upon my passenger door getting stuck shut for the second time (both times fixed by them) I took it in for service. While I had their loaner we had a pretty heavy rain. I thought nothing of it. After I got m time (both times fixed by them) I took it in for service. While I had their loaner we had a pretty heavy rain. I thought nothing of it. After I got my car back as I was driving home (35 miles) my check engine light came on. I figured it was nothing but took it back. They reset the computer and told me to come back if it came back on. It came back on. After a week of them having it and hearing nothing I went in and spoke with Shelly. Her and I were already on a first name basis. She said that my engine had been hydrolocked. She said that when we had the heavy rain my car was outside at a low spot on their lot where it flooded. When they went to move it out of the standing water they hydrolocked it. Yes, she admitted the dealer had hydrolocked the engine. So they tell me they're repairing it and their insurance will cover it. I think fine, no problem. Another week goes by, and I check in. They tell me that it wasn't just a bent connecting rod but also a cracked cylinder. They also tell me that they didn't do it, I must have done it. I ask them how I hydrolocked my car when they had it. They have no response. I'm no longer dealing with Shelly at this point, it's her boss who is telling me all this. They charge me $6,500 to repair the car and keep it from me for a month while they fix it. This is the lowest of the low. They destroyed my car and then charged me an obnoxious amount to fix it. When Shelly handed me the keys back she had the look of "sorry" all over her face. She knew it was their fault, it was her boss who made me pay, and there was nothing I could do about it. Avoid this dealer at all costs, they are the true scum of the earth. In fact you should probably avoid all dealers except the "good" dealer, because there's no reason not to. Drive a couple extra miles, it's worth it. More
James made buying my new TL a breeze. very straightforward and the low price of Chicago dealers. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I bought a used car from the dealership. The website I found my car on had a bunch of pictures and the salesman responded very quickly via email, which is most convenient for me. All the salesman were ve found my car on had a bunch of pictures and the salesman responded very quickly via email, which is most convenient for me. All the salesman were very pleasant to deal with and even the new car guys were very kind when I came in to visit. The price they offered for me to buy the car was fair and the salesman helped me pick out a car that was right for me. I get all my service done there. They are so easy to work with. You can even book your service appointments online and request a loaner if needed. That is such a great feature since I don't have time to call until the service department is closed. Overall everyone at the dealership are nice and easy to work with and I would recommend them to everyone. More
We HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Our recent purchase We HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Our recent purchase was the best/most enjoyable car buying experience from start-to-finish that we’ve ever had. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Our recent purchase was the best/most enjoyable car buying experience from start-to-finish that we’ve ever had. We drove some 45+ miles to this dealership because they had the used car we wanted. We felt no pressure from anyone on the sales staff or from the 2 or 3 managers we talked to. Even when my wife and I just got up and went to lunch right in the middle of the process (we wanted to talk over the purchase in private before we pulled the trigger), they did not try to strong-arm us into signing any papers before we left the dealership. Their attitude was more of “if you want it, we can help you get it with no problem." And they did help…they were great! One more thing...We really feel that we saved a ton of $$$$. We honestly believe that. I've ALWAYS wanted a Honda S2000 but felt that it was something that even though we could, I didn't want to force the family to "afford." My wife consistently said "you should get one," but the high price kept me away. Because I always wanted one, I have a pretty good idea of what they go for new & used and the price we paid was in my educated opinion very low. More
Car dealer is okay and the service dept. works hard to try and keep my piece of junk 2001 TL running. Purchased new, body molding fell off, seat heater repaired twice, sun roof leaked and transmission re try and keep my piece of junk 2001 TL running. Purchased new, body molding fell off, seat heater repaired twice, sun roof leaked and transmission recalled. If you are in the market for a used TL, stay away from the 2001. Will never purchase a Honda product again. More

Made a deal, sales guy said htat they would replace the worn out tires with new ones, OEM. Turned out they replaced all 4 with cheaper generics. Saying it is due to that we negotiated a deep discount!

Cancelled the deal after a yelling match! More
