It is the nicest car I have ever owned and I absolutely love driving it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I was not pressured in any way to buy new, or to look at cars I could not afford. I had been looking for a White Lexus Is250 for some time for my wife. I found what we were looking for at Accura of Libertville. Then when we arrived Friday around 3pm Luigi had my wife at the moment he came out the door his professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. My wife had never been in Chicago and Charlie was amazing on his directions and advice on how to get downtown and where to stay in Libertyville. Then to top it off on my way home Saturday James contacted me and made sure everything went well Friday and that we were happy with the purchase. For us being out of state that said a lot about your staff in my opinion.
