Our sales associate, Scott Evans kept our interests at the forefront, suggested the best options, was open, insightful, and honest. I was impressed. Having been to dozens of dealerships in my life, this was the first time I could trust the sales guy. He told us the facts, offered us to verify the numbers independently, and respected our time. When he didn't know the answer - he said "I don't know", and when he offered an opinion - he stated the basis for it and didn't try to sell it as fact. His sales pitch - he said it like it was - no obligation. Then he went to the manager and got the bottom line price, and that was it. It usually takes 2 hours of running back and forth to the manager before I get the bottom line price. They quickly earned my respect. I asked some tough questions: put them head to head against their competitor incentives: BMWs free maintenance program, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, etc. They told me the truth (which I knew from before or verified on the mobile internet), didn't try to conceal the weak points or oversell the strengths. The general manager, Eric, was quick but thorough with the paperwork, no nonsense. Their objective was to help me make an informed decision, rather than just sell me a car, and they accomplished both. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you are looking for an Acura - there is no better place in Chicagoland to buy one. If you are looking for a different brand, stop by and get a second opinion from them. They have a quality product, they tell you straight out what it is and what it's not, encourage you to take your time, do the due diligence, and make your own, educated decision - no pressure. No hype, no tricks or gimmicks, no wasted words or time. Simply outstanding. More

Finally, he kept his promises and offered a more than fair price without much negotiation for the new car and our trade in. This is the reason we chose to drive 45 minutes away to buy from Acura of Libertyville rather than from the dealership 2 minutes away from home. I highly recommend that you give the dealership a shot if you are in the market for a car and see if they offer a fair quote. More
