I hate the hassle of visiting dealers and making lots of phone calls when I buy a car. I arranged the purchase of my new car with Luigi via email, placed a deposit via phone, and then traveled about three phone calls when I buy a car. The last time I did this with another dealer, it became a hassle and they tried to jack up the price when I got there. This wasn't the case at all this time. The price was what we had agreed and everything was in order. I was offered the normal dealer add-ons but wasn't pressured into buying a bunch of stuff I knew I didn't want. Luigi answered all my questions and was great to work with. I got a great price on a nice new vehicle and would definitely return. More
