Overall, a positive experience. The $998 “protection package” is annoying, it’s automatically added to the bill. People were friendly, Juan did his best to move things along because I told him upfront I was not going to sit there for 3 hours, it ended up being 2. All in all, I am happy with my car- they did a fantastic job of detailing it. More
