This place is run by scammers. They claimed it was just “preliminary,” but later used it to inflate the total price and sneak in undisclosed fees and extras we never talked about. This was not a misunderstanding, it was a deliberate scam. They even forced us to sign the title for the car before we knew our financing options or the interest rate from the bank! Who does business like this? Most of the positive reviews here seem fake, because these people are not trustworthy at all. We’re not stupid enough to fall into your trap again. Their salesman Mark and Andre should never be trusted. Shame on you. Rest assured, I’ll be sharing this awful experience everywhere I can. If you care about your money and value your time, STAY AWAY from McGrath Acura! More

I have had greatest experience buying my 2014 Honda Accord. I came from Highland,IN and was blown away at the professionalism of the sales,finance and service departments. He promised me to not worry everything would be ok. Juan helped me keep calm during the negotiations transaction. Branko worked his magic with his lenders and got me even a better rate than my Credit Union. Overall the best car buying experience I ever had. More

The online listing mentioned the feature but advised verifying, so I asked the salesman directly before purchasing. He confirmed the vehicle had it. However, after finalizing the sale, he handed me the keys and told me the vehicle did not have automatic headlights, acknowledging that what I was told earlier was inaccurate. I contacted the General Manager and attempted to resolve the issue, including offering to return the vehicle. They offered to retrofit the feature, even though the manufacturer advised it wasn't possible. I was told it would be done in 2–3 business days, but I didn’t hear back. After 11 days, I received an update admitting they had ordered incorrect parts and could not confirm a resolution. I asked for my car back without the fix, still lacking clarity on next steps. When I requested a return, I was told I would lose $2,000 in fees — even though the issue originated from the dealership’s misinformation. They kept the vehicle for 14 days in total, during a period when I had only owned it for less than a month. Throughout the process, there was little accountability, and communication was poor. While I tried to work with them, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. More
