The $400 charge you mentioned was for the diagnostic process, which involved our technicians thoroughly inspecting your vehicle to identify the issue with the Blindspot Monitor. Unfortunately, after diagnosing the problem, we found that the repairs required are more extensive than initially anticipated, leading to a higher estimate.
