The day before Thanksgiving, my 2009 RAV4 died in my driveway & wouldn't start! I was full of anxiety. Triple AAA showed up & got me started. I phoned David Anderson & he suggested I bring the car rig driveway & wouldn't start! I was full of anxiety. Triple AAA showed up & got me started. I phoned David Anderson & he suggested I bring the car right in. After arriving Dave assured me that they would check the battery. Soon after, Dave told me my battery needed replacement & it wouldn't take long. Shortly thereafter, I drove home with a newly installed battery & no worries. Thanks to McGovern Toyota, I was able to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving holiay! Wonderful service department, with warm friendly people throughout the facility! I have had nothing but great service & experiences with this dealership. Also, their coffee machine is the greatest! Dave, you're fortunate to own a such a great dealership with wonderful employees.
