Sean the service writer is my Go-To guy for my 2018 Tundra SR5. I had the parking brake serviced several months ago, that worked great until a week ago. I brought it back to Sean. This time the service Tundra SR5. I had the parking brake serviced several months ago, that worked great until a week ago. I brought it back to Sean. This time the service tech found the brake pivot mechanism had rusted to the point that the return spring could not pull the pedal back. Sean quoted the hourly shop rate up front but only charged me half that because the service tech found the issue right away. I’m loyal to McGovern Toyota because they have my back. More
