I was given all the time I needed in a test drive and inspection, followed by a no nonsense negotiation. Their price was already lower then the identical car at a rival dealership. My previous car purchase involved all of the cliches: the back and forth with the manager, the walking out, the being chased, the hard sell on alarms, financing, you name it. Village Subaru offered none of this "old school" eighties high pressure crap. The paperwork was handled flawlessly, and everything they said they would do, they did. I took the car back for service, and they did warranty work with no hassle too. So, yeah, if you like to be pestered at a dealership instead of being left alone until you are ready, then this is the wrong dealership- try one of the "Automile" or 128 places for that. More
