Very disappointed in quality and service! Purchased our 2012 Forester from dealership. Brought it in for servicing when the check engine light came on. They didn't actually check the engine (w Purchased our 2012 Forester from dealership. Brought it in for servicing when the check engine light came on. They didn't actually check the engine (which was leaking oil). Hooked it up to the computer and replaced cat/converter, but didn't actually check engine. Less than a month later and the engine is ruined due to lack of oil. Five year old car, just paid off with a useless engine due to service staff not checking engine when we brought the car in due to "check engine" light. Terrible service at Village Subaru AND Subaru America Customer Service. Will never buy a Subaru again!!! More

Traded a Forester for a newer Forester We had ongoing problems with our 2014 Forester - transmission issues. The dealership was great about trying to get it fixed for us, but ultimately we We had ongoing problems with our 2014 Forester - transmission issues. The dealership was great about trying to get it fixed for us, but ultimately we decided the best decision for us was to get a new car. Once again, we compared the Forester to a variety of cars and came back to wanting another Forester. We found that they had a 2016 with all of the amenities we wanted. They worked with us to find a deal with trading in our 2014 that we were happy with. We have never had a problem with this dealer in either the Sales of Service departments. Nice people to deal with. More

The best Subaru Dealer ever I purchased a Subaru Forrester 5 years ago from Erik Holm. I traded in my first Forrester for this car. Last week, I called Erik and said,"Let's do t I purchased a Subaru Forrester 5 years ago from Erik Holm. I traded in my first Forrester for this car. Last week, I called Erik and said,"Let's do this again. I need a new car and I'm not sure if I want a Forrester or an Outback." Erik is knowledgable about the product. He is fair in his estimate of trade in value of my car. Before Erik, I always felt that as a woman buying a vehicle that it was an unnecessarily painful procedure. At other dealers, I've been told to "Come back with my husband, when I am serious to buy." I cannot make this up. Doing business with Village Subaru is a joy. They will always get my business. And their Service Department Rocks! More
