I was looking for a 2nd Subaru after passing down my Forester to my son. I wanted something a little smaller so I was looked at the Impreza, although there is plenty of room in this car! Jim was grea Forester to my son. I wanted something a little smaller so I was looked at the Impreza, although there is plenty of room in this car! Jim was great to work with, really understanding my needs for safety especially with newly licensed teens driving. He was able to handle everything from start to finish with utmost professionalism and knowledge. Everything was accomplished over the phone/email and and when I showed up to pick up my new car, we were able to handle the last of the paperwork outside quickly and efficiently. More

I also asked them to fix the heat shields because they were making a noise. Upon pickup, I confirmed that they fixed the heat shields and I was told that they crimped them the most that they could. Minutes after pulling out of Village Subaru the noise from the heat shields started again and by the time I was home(15-minute ride) the noise was almost as bad as when I brought the car in. I went to my mechanic Karim at 1 Oak Hill Road in Westford (BP) and he fixed the heat shields for free. The noise was eliminated and 4 months later the noise has not returned. I will not consider Village Subaru of Acton for any further maintenance on my Subaru's. More

Knew what I was willing to accept for my trade-in, and what I was willing to pay for the new Outback. Everybody was pleasant and non-pressuring. Worked with Anthony Motta (finance) and Isaac Barcinas (salesman). Got the final price I had expected. More
Unable to get car in service in a resonable time My 2015 Subaru Outback is making a load squealing noise when the weather is damp and seems to be getting worse. Because of the issue I would need to My 2015 Subaru Outback is making a load squealing noise when the weather is damp and seems to be getting worse. Because of the issue I would need to leave vehicle overnight so a technician can very issue the next morning. Without transportation home I would need a loaner for the night. I was informed by service that the soonest I can get my vehicle in with the ability of a loaner would be May 23rd. Yes, I can bring it in next week to leave it overnight but would have no ride home. This is an issue that should be resolved sooner than later. Is there any way to have my vehicle services sooner? More
Good price, bad sales exp You'll probably get a good price, but be prepared for all the classic (read: antiquated) dealership games. When I was looking for an off-lease 2015 Fo You'll probably get a good price, but be prepared for all the classic (read: antiquated) dealership games. When I was looking for an off-lease 2015 Forester with manual transmission I bought mine at Village. Here was my experience: The good: - The price was very competitive. No complaints there. - I got the car CPO (certified pre-owned), and in apparently great condition so no worries there. - Pre-sale, the dealership was very cooperative in working with me (coming from out of state) and my bank on financing. This changed later. The bad: - When I arrived, I got the full runaround. Hurry-up-and-wait, good-cop-bad-cop etc. - The very warm and accommodating sales manager who welcomed me morphed into a total jerk, trying to rush me out of the place with some lie about "a big meeting in 30 minutes." - I had to ask for the CPO checklist when I asked. They didn't even make sure that I signed it! - I had to ask for floormats - They forgot to send me the title for the vehicle - My sales guy (George V.) scrolled through his social feed for like 20min while I tried to talk to him about price Bottom line: If you're willing to play games and feel confident in your ability to set boundaries with aggressive and experienced sales people, you will probably get a fine deal here. Village Subaru: Lose the old-school, high-pressure sales routine (Vin B.) and get with the times. Please. I am sure that customer and employee satisfaction would skyrocket. I would much prefer to be writing a glowing review. More

I reached out to the general manager to express my concerns and he was actually pretty responsive - acknowledging the shortcomings in my experiences and committing to work to improve the tone of communications from the service department. The commitment to retaining a single customer was impressive for me and the service I received subsequently has been commendable. They are not perfect but they also do not duck issues when you point them out. Not a common trait these days. More
Disrespect at its best We waltzed in 40 minutes before closing and NOT A SOUL lifted their body from their seats. I walked up to a rep - Neil - who was visibly uncomfortable working with the first time buyer and confused teen and parents that were WATCHING very closely how this transaction went down. Very uninterested. Wound up BUYING a car cash on the spot over at Patrick Subaru. I wouldn't trust ANYONE with the unquality of staff at this establishment. Uninterested, unenthusiastic. Good experience in learning what you DONT want in a dealership. Hadn't seen this since I was in my mid 20's. Thank GOD for Herb Chambers and Patrick Subaru. We'll keep them both. More

We are newlywed and getting ready to start a family and wanted to make sure that we have a good car. We were greeted and taken care of every step of the way. We were not fully expecting to make any decisions yesterday but we were simply given a deal that I could not walk away from. Anthony made us comfortable, answered all of our questions and took the time to run numbers on a few cars and make sure that we got the best deal possible. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Anthony and the rest of the staff at the dealership. We walked away with a new car and it was by far the easiest car buying experience that we have ever experienced. Thank you all those involved in making this possible. More
