I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback sport, my overall experience was decent. Max was terrible at communicating and following through after the sale. Nobody there seems to have their stuff toge my overall experience was decent. Max was terrible at communicating and following through after the sale. Nobody there seems to have their stuff together. I waited over 3 hours for my car to be ready after being told that it was done hours before, and nobody had an answer for me. Overall I wouldn’t recommend shopping for a car here. That being said I got the car so I have to at least give 2 stars. Additionally, they will pressure you to give five stars, Max nearly took my phone clicking 5 stars. They know that they need the good reviews as they continue to deliver poor service. More
