Max was excellent. He listened to what new Subarus we were interested in, answered all our questions regarding both, and had us test drive each. Again he answered more questions and then helped us through the sales process. After we bought the car, he gave us a short lesson on the touchscreen (anymore would have been overload for us seniors) and even paired our phones. He encouraged us to explore it over the next 3 days until we came back for registration & inspection when he would help us resolve anything we needed clarification on. Today he was available for help on anything we found challenging. He told us to call him anytime if we needed more help. We couldn't ask for anyone better than him. The dealership's service was awesome! Never did we expect to take the car home the same day! Even when we went back for state inspection, the service person answered more questions! Service was very quick. We'll definitely be back for maintenance service even though we have more dealerships closer to us. More
