Jarmal kept a high level of attentiveness during and after the sale. I couldn't write this review without also mentioning Christian Keith - I honestly felt Chris was a partner who worked with me to get the sale done. I must let you know that at Kia of Norwood I never felt the usual "shark-salesman" feeling that people (specially women) so often complain about. In me this dealership has a client for life! I bought my car a few weeks ago and since then I have not been able to stop talking to family and friends about my experience. Thanks to all of you; front-facing as well as the back office guys! Sales person didn't know anything about cars. Didn't even know how to check if it had all wheel drive or not without looking at the car fax.
