On Saturday, October 19th, 2024 I went to McGovern Kia for a 2017 GLC300 that was posted on there website. When I got there I noticed that it needed new tires and the battery light was on. I was told by W for a 2017 GLC300 that was posted on there website. When I got there I noticed that it needed new tires and the battery light was on. I was told by Warren Rice that they will fix that once it goes through inspection. I signed paperwork that day. Monday, October 21st, 2024 I was told the amount of repairs the GLC would need. They didn’t want to deal with it so they are sending it to wholesale (I still seen it on there website 2 weeks later by the way). Warren then sent me a link to all the cars they had at all 31 locations. I found another GLC newer year (2019) but it was 39 miles away. I sent it to Warren and he said he’ll go pick it up.. my problem with Warren Rice is that he DROVE the vehicle 39MILES Thursday, October 24th, 2024 with this crazy sound coming from underneath the car and had me get in the car KNOWING it’s making noise. He gave me the keys and said “take your time.” When I got back and ask him “did you not hear that noise driving here?” he ignored me and turned the wheel and said “let me go call my manager.“ Freddy Pacheco General Manager test drove the vehicle and said “Yeah, that’s not normal.” He said they’ll fix it and gave me his business card. Time passed and guess what by Thursday, October 31st, 2024 he said they’ll refund me. This whole process was a waste of time!!! Oh and how can I leave out Charles Rezil the Finance manager, when I had a question about something he’s like “what don’t you get!?”… his attitude was NASTY! He added warranty on my vehicle without discussing options with me (the first time.) Didn’t even try to negotiate price with the warranty. He was flipping the rates because I was declining the $4000 warranty. He said if I don’t get the warranty my rate will go up, just crazy! My plan was to get a car by my birthday. Here I am thinking Kia McGovern was going to help but instead just wasted my time! More

Warren R. was my sales agent at this dealership. He was attentive, made no promises he couldn’t fulfill, and met or exceeded those that that he could. No frill was my sales agent at this dealership. He was attentive, made no promises he couldn’t fulfill, and met or exceeded those that that he could. No frills but customer service is among the best I have experienced in the past five years; this includes purchasing of vehicles for family members or service needs. The space is clean and inviting and other agent recognized you as being present in the building, respectfully greeted you, and I witnessed them helping each other, e.g when my agent was trying to find a plate screw when changing my plates. The turn around time was also great. I would highly recommend it Fr your future car needs. More
