Recently purchased a Toyota Highlander I inquired about the vehicle online and was told it was available and on the lot. Arrived at the dealership and was told the vehicle was being serviced and being held the vehicle online and was told it was available and on the lot. Arrived at the dealership and was told the vehicle was being serviced and being held at a different facility and it would take them a couple hours to get it here. I had work that day so agreed to come back the following day to test drive it. I returned the following day and met with Warren Rice who was very professional and knowledgeable and had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. Ended up purchasing the vehicle which had some minor cosmetic issues addressed which Warren took care of right away. Overall great experience from a small busy dealership. More

My husband and I just bought a new Kia Carnival from Rob and his team at McGovern. We initially just called the dealership to talk prices and models since we already knew what we were looking for. The process was so seamless and enjoyable, no haggling or playing games (not something typically said about the car buying process). Alex (who helped us with numbers over the phone), Rob and his manager were all knowledgeable, straight forward, easy to work with guys and I would 100% recommend them to anyone else.
