I purchased a dealer-owned used vehicle on March 29, 2025. My salesperson, Antonio, promised Bluelink Advanced for the car’s lifetime because I was the first personal owner of a dealer-owned vehicle. That turned out to be false, and I’m still fighting Hyundai over it. The trade-in value changed multiple times—from $3,000 to $2,000, then $4,000 after manager involvement—yet the car appeared online for nearly $11,000 a week later. Financing was handled poorly: loan terms, payments, and interest rates were never clearly disclosed before signing electronically. Documents were signed without our consent or proper review. I paid extra for a warranty extension but can’t get the in-service date, despite multiple ignored emails. They also promised full service history but never delivered. Every promise was broken; I was lied to and dismissed. I even replaced the dealership’s license plate covers with blank ones because I refuse to promote such dishonesty. Although Pride Hyundai closed on June 30, 2025, the dealership has since been rebranded as McGovern Hyundai of Lynn. I hope their practices have improved under the new name. I encourage the new management to reach out to me to help resolve the ongoing Bluelink issue. To anyone considering a purchase, please be cautious and do your research. More

I have been leasing a 2022 Hyundai Elantra since 2021. I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the car. The lease is up this October 2025. I was told by Antonio Lyons that it be advantages to me to do it now as Hyundai would handle all the paperwork . What a mistake that was! I paid $1000.00 down and $14,351.38 in cash on March 14,2025. It took Hyundai over a month handling this sale, until late April before it was settled and I finally got my new registration and ownership of the car. Also I had to take in to Hyundai my veterans form DD214 which is already on file with the RMV. I Handed the for to Charles Braun the sales manager. He made copies and gave me back my DD214. I was called by Antonio Lyons if I could take the form back to Hyundai for it got sheded by accident. After my daughter called Antonio and complained. Antonio was able to take screen shot copy. Also I had to call Hyundai leasing to release my veterans plates which should have been handled by Hyundai of Lynn. I am not happy with the service given me or handling this cash sale.
