My new Hyundai I was pleased with the customer service. I am very upset that I already had a loan with Hyundai financial and I was told they would try 1 or 2 differe I was pleased with the customer service. I am very upset that I already had a loan with Hyundai financial and I was told they would try 1 or 2 different banks to see if they could get a better rate. When they actually ran my credit through 10 different banks dropping my credit score drastically. As a customer I feel they should of followed what they said with 1 or 2 ... it is excessive to try 10 banks and when I already had an active loan with Hyundai. I am not a happy customer More

Somebody lied We were interested in a used Toyota at the dealership that we had seen online. We (my family and I) went to check out the car as it was one of our top We were interested in a used Toyota at the dealership that we had seen online. We (my family and I) went to check out the car as it was one of our top three. We loved the car but two of the doors were broken, making the vehicle undrivable. The manager that afternoon said that these Toyotas are notorious for their doors and were likely under recall. We were on a tight timeline so we decided to go with another car on our list. As it turns out, the other car was taken off our list due to a poor report from our mechanic. I called McGovern to ask about their timeline on fixing the Toyota. It was a different shift: different salesmen, different manager. They gave us some xxxx-and-bull story about the car being priced to sell as-is. If that's true, the manager from the night before who said that they had no idea the doors were broken was lying. So who was lying? The day shift or the night shift? I don't care. I was lied to by somebody. Too bad. I was hoping to buy that Toyota. More

Douvante Tavares was my sales specialist, and I don't remember ever seeing such an efficient, organized, knowledgeable, considered, tactful, and overall brilliant sales person. I didn't have a ride and couldn't get to McGovern by myself, so Douvante brought a car to me for the test drive and then drove me to the office!!!! The paperwork took only a few hours, and my new car was completely ready before the end of business day. The company's management and financial specialist I dealt with were also excellent. Overall, it feels that the team's main goal is customer's satisfaction, and they are always ready to go the extra mile! More
