Truly awful for service. I waited six weeks for an appointment for a known recall issue. They know why the appointment was made. I literally included the link to the recall n I waited six weeks for an appointment for a known recall issue. They know why the appointment was made. I literally included the link to the recall notice in my appointment request online. I couldn't change the appointment despite conflicts in my schedule because it will be another 6 week wait. I finally get there, and they don't have the parts???? Lost 3 hours of work on a work day for this appointment and they didn't even make sure they had the part they KNEW I needed. So made a new appointment, waiting weeks more, and I now need to reschedule again and can't even get someone to answer the phone. I am so unbelievably frustrated by this entire thing and honestly don't want to buy Hyundai ever again if this is the situation (and it is) when there are known recall issues. More
