From bad to worse Brought my car in when my brakes went on the highway. Was told there were TWO recalls I was never notified of, for the brakes and gas tank. This car was originally purchased from York Ford dealership as a business vehicle, and has remained at the same address the entire time. After a week of multiple unanswered phone calls, I picked my car up and was told all recalls has been performed successfully. Less than 3 hours later, I lost all power steering/brakes and my car completely shut down due to an issue with their performance on the gas tank recall. After speaking with Melvin in service, my car was towed under MY ford roadside coverage back to York Ford. I demanded a courtesy rental, as I had already run a business for a week without my vehicle. Upon picking my car up (with no explanation of the issue that caused my car to shut down), I got in to drive away and realized I had ZERO gas when I had come in with more than a quarter tank. Melvin explained that I had no gas, they had none to give me and I'd "probably" make it to the gas station. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service, accountability and general running of a business in the service department of York Ford. More

Repair and Service Department Poor Service charged me $115 to read check engine light code. I could have brought it to an Auto Zone and had it read for FREEEEEE. I had recalls taken car of and after driving my car for few days the check engine light came on. I brought it to them thinking it was another recall. They told me it was a purge valve and that it was under warranty. No money out of pocket. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car back and received a phone call later that the repair was going to cost me 350$. I did not want to proceed with the repair but they charged me 115$ for a diagnostic fee. Horrible customer relationship. Treated me as if I did not matter to them. Did not offer any incentives for me to have my repair done at their facility. I will not recommend this repair shop to any customers. More

I have nothing but good things to say about York Ford's Sales, Service (2013 Ford C-Max) and especially Quicklane. Dave @ Quicklane is great to deal with. I am very specific about the service on m Ford's Sales, Service (2013 Ford C-Max) and especially Quicklane. Dave @ Quicklane is great to deal with. I am very specific about the service on my vehicles and Dave has always been very accommodating. I recently purchased 4 snow tires with rims and tpms sensor from Quicklane. Their pricing wasn't much more than online including freight. Since they still need to make a profit, I would rather give York my money than some of the other places I have been too. I have never have felt slighted or frustrated with York. More
I stopped in to get a nail taken from my tire In the "quick lane" and experienced nothing more than ignorance and disorganization. A process that should take no longer than 20 minutes has taken over thr "quick lane" and experienced nothing more than ignorance and disorganization. A process that should take no longer than 20 minutes has taken over three hours leaving me immobilized and unsatisfied. I have watched several vehicles enter the lane that were after mine and have also witnessed other customer dissatisfaction. As a new addition to York ford I personally believe that the owner should review the quality of workmanship that these employees are providing. My family uses this dealership and loves the sales department along with the other servIces but believe me when I tell you "Quick Lane" is an unsuitable name for thIs service. More
Worst experience I have had at any dealership. Customer service is non-existent. When I dropped off my car I entered the service department where 4 employees took a good 2-3 minutes before even acknowledg service is non-existent. If you want to try and get an update on the progress of your repair...good luck. When you call this dealership you are bounced from voicemail box to voicemail box EVERY time you call. You never get a live person. Has to be the most frustrating customer service experience ever. More

EVERYTIME I BRING MY 2007 F EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL AREAS OF THE DEALERSHIP. I ESPECIALLY WANT TO COMMENT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. EVERYTIME I BRING MY 2007 FORD MUSTANG IN FOR SERVICE THEY ACCOMMODATE ME AT EVERY ANGLE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, CONSISTENT, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Dear Rater, On May 25, 2010, my 2011 Mustang 5.0 was delivered to me!!!! On June 20th, I was driving with my wife and I witnessed a terrible skip in my 5.0!!!! The next morning at 6:00 A.M., I was at York Ford talking with the Service Manager, Christine Morganelli. I asked her if she had room for my car to be serviced, but she told me that the schedule was pretty much filled for the 21st. She booked an appointment for my car on Tuesday the 22nd. That afternoon (the Monday the 21st), she actually took my car in on the way home from work. As you can imagine this was a very nerveracking period for me not knowing what the problem was with my new ride. On Tuesday afternoon at 1:50 P.M., Christine called to relieve my tension and tell me that Kyle, the Technician that worked on my car, had come to her to say that the problem was only a loose connection on #8 fuel injector. Thank You God!!!!!!!!!!!! I went and picked the car up, everybody at York Ford was very congenial. Kyle doing such a good job, I made him take a tip for appreciation, he was very humble and accepted it, albeit reluctantly. Enterprise Rentals desk at York Ford, also,last but not least, called me in the middle of the day to make sure the car I rented was satisfactory!!! Wait a minute, this is Massachusetts, people are supposed to be a pain the A--!!!! Well, Steve and the person (I think his name was Mike), that called in the afternoon, could not have been nicer. My last entry will be Paul Ferry. He is the body shop manager. When I was dropping the rental car off, Steve, the man that rented the car to me wasn't there. Paul Ferry said to me that Steve wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes and I could just leave the keys with Paul Ferry and Steve would bill my credit card. Forty five minutes later my cell rang with Steve on the other end to give me a heads up on what my total bill would be and make sure I was satisfied with the car. Total satisfaction all around, with the whole repair experience on this seemingly "simple", warranty repair. More

The only thing that I dislike is being without a vehicle when mine is being tied up for a experiences with Christine Morganelli, my Service Advisor! The only thing that I dislike is being without a vehicle when mine is being tied up for a long service; my lady friend's dealership provides her with the same type vehicle as her own for the day at no charge! More
