Vivien in the service department is a true gem! I only visited for service for my bought-elsewhere Mach E, but was treated as if I were a long time customer by Vivien and was given some great ad I only visited for service for my bought-elsewhere Mach E, but was treated as if I were a long time customer by Vivien and was given some great advice about future issues as well as getting me out the door fairly quickly. she explained how long the work might take and came to me in person when the work was done with a full explanation. Very appreciated! Now it's not all rainbows. The site itself is not perfect, mind you: there are a LOT of cars parked on the premises, to the point where it's very difficult to navigate into the main parking areas. Cars are double parked and I was worried about getting blindsided by someone going too fast while walking through the lot. There are many drop-ceiling tiles missing in the showroom, and the business waiting area is a little cluttered with items sitting around that you'd expect to be more in an employee lobby (salad dressing?) But these are mostly minor issues and do not affect my overall rating. The desks in the business waiting area work fine, the vending machines are not outrageously priced and in good working order, and the coffee and condiments were in good supply, and it was nice to have a drinnk while I was waiting. I would definitely bring my car here again for service. More
