I think in the future McGovern Ford should be up front with customers about the price of the total package for new tires before even bargaining. When we went back a second day, we were promised the rebate and an additional $30. I do appreciate your current response. We also weren't happy to an employee say "we can't compete with Tire companies such as Sullivan Tires." Also, they had a sign for rebates for Goodyear tires, which we had to argue about to receive the rebate. My husband and I are trustees at the Framingham Public Library in Framingham. We would be happy to put this behind us if McGovern Ford would agree to donate $250 to the Bob Dodd Concert series at the Framingham Public Library. In the past Framingham Ford has been a sponsor of our monthly classical concerts, which brings outstanding Sunday concerts to Framingham and the metrowest area. We would publicize your donation in the local press.
