Good experience thanks to Jim Foley Brought my car to Framingham Ford after I had trouble with a Ford dealership in Marlborough for service. My car originally had a type of oil leak, which was made worse after the Marlborough Ford service repair. Frustrated I took my business to Framingham Ford where I asked to speak to the service manger Jim Foley. I explained my frustration and told him I did not want to return to the Ford in Marlborough. Jim Foley was great. He treated me like a valued customer and restored my faith in Ford. Everything was under the powertrain warranty as it should have been, he hooked me up with a rental and Jim explained to me the original repair done by the Ford in Marlborough was done wrong and in fact made things worse-which I was so mad at and yet happy I was told the truth about what really happened! Framingham Ford fixed my car the right way, treated me right as a customer and most of all-honest! Jim Foley the service manager is great and honest, I truly highly recommended their service department. More
The worse oil change I recent left my car for oil change that cost me 867.13, soon I drove my car I noticed the engine sounds like an airplane ready to take off. I went back they test and inform the radiator leaking I had to pay for all service and new radiator. But thanks Ford for the complimentary exterior wash. I know one thing my car was running fine until that oil change. More

One of the best features they offer is the shuttle service to and from your house. This is extremely convenient and shows that this dealership is prioritizing the customer's needs. More

My heater was making noise and wanted to get it checked out before my warranty expired in three months. Brought my car in and they replaced the part (blower motor) with no issues. In the past, I dreaded taking my car to the dealer since my past experiences with a service department is either they tell me it isn't an issue or they couldn't find the problem. With Framingham Ford, there was no issue and they fixed it right away. I was a mechanic in the military so I am typically a harsh grader but they did a great job and I will bring my car back to them when I need my car serviced again. More
My son was in a car accident on an icy night in Framingham. We called Framingham Ford as soon as we were able and they had the car towed to being assessing the damage. I Brougt my truck in for a 10,000 Mile service and a Sync update. Mike was very polite and knowledgeable about the sync system. My service was completed while I waited and they even washed my truck. Carefully zip-locked my bag of coins in the center console before dropping it off for service, wide open when I picked it up. I purchased a sport track from them new. The sales staff I purchased a sport track from them new. The sales staff was above average and relatively descent to deal with. However When I had issues with the tr I purchased a sport track from them new. The sales staff was above average and relatively descent to deal with. However When I had issues with the truck the service dept were horrible to deal with. They misdiagnosed the issue with my truck as well as charged me for my service visit eventhough the truck was under original factory warrenty. Not only would I not recommend this dealership to others. I tell people to avoid them all together. More
