Framingham Ford - Service Center

When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because the after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. Great customer service! I made my appointment online and received a follow-up call to make sure all questions were answered prior to the appointment. The best part was the customer service provided by Jim Foley, Service Manager. He ordered a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up the car before they closed.
