When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because the after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. It has been more than a week since I last heard from them and still have not heard anything back. This is a very disappointing experience for me More
I was very pleased with the work done on my 2016 Ford Fusion. From the reminder phone message from Sandy to Supervisor Jim Foley, everything proceeded in an efficient manner and even included some TLC fr Fusion. Great customer service! I made my appointment online and received a follow-up call to make sure all questions were answered prior to the appointment. We dropped off the Explorer for service the night before. I got a message about two issues they found during service and quickly authorized the repairs. The best part was the customer service provided by Jim Foley, Service Manager. He ordered a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up the car before they closed. It was fast and efficient. I was impressed! More
