Jerry Feehily greeted me on the lot after giving me a chance to look around without feeling like I was being watched. The receptionist even watched over Mia as I completed the paperwork for my new-to-me truck. When she failed to remember that she needs to urinate outside, the staff was helpful in helping me find the right supplies to clean up her mess. When I stop by Framingham Ford and I don't take my pup with me, I am greeted with a smile and an inquiry as to her whereabouts. He truly went above and beyond & thought outside the box to get me approved by a bank that gave me a spectacular rate. He went to bat for me and came out on top. I scheduled a test drive at Framingham Ford for Wednesday at 11am. I have never bought a car and had been putting off going to a big dealership because I did not want to be taken advantage of. When I arrived Brian Mcnulty greeted me and immediately put me at ease. I told him what I was looking for, and we test drove a 2012 Ford Focus. I do not know a lot about cars, basically I was looking for something with good gas mileage that was dependable. Brian went through the features of the car, and I was hooked on how fun it was to drive. I told Brian that if he could get it in my price range I would buy it that day. Brian and Joseph Haberger met for a few minutes, and got the car in my price range- no haggling. Joseph helped me with my warrenty and paper work,he explained everything simply and got me the coverage I need. All I needed was insurance so I could get a license plate and take my new car home. Unfortunately I had a few issues with insurance, wasted three hours with one company- All the guys at the dealership were supportive and empathetic. Brain called Liberty Mutual while I was stuck on hold with the other company,and I got a great plan in 20 min from them instead. Brian went above and beyond to make my new car dream come true, he stayed late to get me insurance and a plate so I could drive my 2012 Ford Focus home that day. More

I was looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage than my pick up truck. I had never done business with Framingham Ford before, and I must say, I'm really glad I did. Steve was great, everyone was great really. Even the finance guy, I forget his name, sorry, was really kind, friendly, and I feel he got me a great deal on my financing. I literally have no complaints about this purchase or the dealership at all, I'm only sorry I didn't do it sooner. My new 2012 Ford Focus is beautiful, I love it. I'm getting more than double the gas mileage, and my payment is less than it was before on my older truck.
