I originally went to this dealership to see and drive a 2013 off lease low miles Ford Edge Limited. I drove the vehicle but was still uncertain as to weather or not this was the car I wanted. So I continue to look around the lot. I also spotted a 2013 Lincoln MKX and wanted to take for a drive. Needless to say I like the Lincoln MKX much better, seats better leather and it had a large moon roof as well as many other up-grades. Jerry was very through explaining again all the electronics. He spent a lot of time demonstrating and walking me through all the car had to offer, and as I became more comfortable with the electronics, I decided to buy. I have purchased many cars through the years and have never dealt with a more patient and professional salesperson. I even received a follow-up call a day after I returned home with my car...who does that anymore. My entire time spent at this dealership was a pleasure. Love my car ..thanks to all.!! More

Now I know everyone hates cars shopping including myself, this was my second visit to Framingham Ford within 9 years as I tend to keep them till they aren't fit for the road anymore. Each time I was represented with the up most respectable sales person, in this shopping experience it was Chris Uhl, he genuinely care about what my needs and wants were and took the time to show me several models of the Ford Fusion Hybrid, he took the time to explain the different between Hybrid, Electric or the Standard models, he certainly made my purchase very easy as he had a great sense of humor and easy going attitude and he fought to get the best trade-in value for my trade-in. The owner of Framingham Ford; Mr. Chase is also very down to earth person and genuinely caring person as he spoke to me both times when I purchasing my vehicles as to what I was looking for, my needs and wants and suggested a few options for me to look at. I can see why Framingham is so successful as the sales team mirrors Mr. Chase’s passion for cars and people and making sure everyone is happy with their new investment. We just bought a new 2014 Ford F250 Pickup. We sought out Joe Haberger to be our salesman because he was our salesman when we purchased the pickup we were trading in. Joe was great again! He arranged to have running boards we wanted added to the vehicle in a timely manner too. The day we picked up the truck, Joe took the time to explain and shows us how to work all the features that were installed. Joe is easy and fun to work with! I had been driving a Honda CRV, but after looking at the Ford Escape, was won over by all the technology, the looks, the leather seats, seat warmers and all the bells and whistles. Our salesman Steve Baisley was also a factor in our deciding on the Ford product. He was not in the least pushy or aggressive in any way! He was very knowledgeable and informative as well as being very low key. We appreciated the time he spent with us when picking up the car, helping us through all the important things we needed to know before driving it off the lot, as well as offering to meet with us again for further details about some of the newer technology. He was terrific! I also was pleased to note that everyone, every last person we met at the dealership, from the women who answer the phone to the other sales staff and service staff...all were very pleasant and made it a point to say hello and offer help as needed. Joe Haberger is an exceptional sales man. We really enjoyed working with him. He was knowledgable about the product and fun to hang out with while looking at cars. We test drove some other vehicles at other dealers, but found the sales people to be pushy, just trying to make a sale. We felt that Joe genuinely wanted to get to know us and he was not pushy at all. We are VERY happy with our Ford 2011 Escape. It drives great and gets 25-30 miles/gallon!!! There was no to purchase a vehicle. A few days later, we returned to make the purchase. Our decision was made based on our specific needs, and price, which was excellent. The entire staff and our experience with Framingham Ford has been excellent. This includes sales, receptionist, Internet communication, service, and finance. It has been a pleasure doing business with Framingham Ford. When we are ready to make another purchase, we will be going back to Framingham Ford. More

In fact, my salesman, Jerry Feehily, made sure I understood I was paying extra for the MyFord Touch Navigation when a basic version comes standard with Sync. (I wanted the the MyFord Touch version). Jason in the Finance Group was also very helpful in finding us a good loan & warrantee that worked best for us. I look forward to working with Jerry & the Framingham Ford group in the future. More
