The entire process was quick and absolutely stress free as Josh literally took care of everything and even came in on his day off to close the deal and get me in my new car! After searching online and in person for 2 months or so for a F350 truck without success, it was a relief to find one at Framingham Ford. In the past, I dreaded taking my car to the dealer since my past experiences with a service department is either they tell me it isn't an issue or they couldn't find the problem. With Framingham Ford, there was no issue and they fixed it right away. I was a mechanic in the military so I am typically a harsh grader but they did a great job and I will bring my car back to them when I need my car serviced again. More

He shared with me every deal possible that I qualified for and the experience could not have been better. Once my car was ready to be picked up (the next day! seriously this place is great!) Jerry Feehily got my bluetooth all ready to go and made sure I knew exactly how to use everything before I drove off the lot. My son was in a car accident on an icy night in Framingham. We called Framingham Ford as soon as we were able and they had the car towed to being assessing the damage.
