Organized, Fair, and Efficient I got the call mid morning from the service dept, (Best in Class in their own right), that my old truck, faithful as it was, a by now high mileage Ec I got the call mid morning from the service dept, (Best in Class in their own right), that my old truck, faithful as it was, a by now high mileage Econoline 150 needed a $4,000 transmission replacement. I called Gerry Feehiley, same good man I bought new from originaly six years prior. We've kept in touch periodically, over the years , as my vehicle was getting serviced and maintained. Gerry knew what I needed in a truck, on that day he knew time was of the essence, as my truck is my livelihood. By the time I drove in to see him , he had a truck waiting for me. I had no idea when I left my house that morning that I'd be buying a truck in the afternoon. I ran by the bank, moved some money, and drove out that evening with all my tools and parts from the old vehicle fully loaded into my new one. Framingham Ford is the best dealership with whom I've ever done business. The only vehicles I have ever owned have been Fords, and Framingham has had my business for the last thirty years. BAD SERVICE I dropped my car off there Tuesday night for an appointment at 7am on Wednesday..... they did not give me a call until 4:30 Wednesday night. I had a w I dropped my car off there Tuesday night for an appointment at 7am on Wednesday..... they did not give me a call until 4:30 Wednesday night. I had a warranty on my tires, and I hit a POT HOLE(this year has been awful).... So when the person called me he says " We got to look at your car and since you hit a CURB they would not be under warranty".... are you kidding me. I never hit a curb! They were trying not to get it covered. When I talked to him Wednesday night he had not even called the warranty people. So did my car sit there the whole day and no one looked at it. I was furious. Now I am scrambling to find a ride to and from work the next day. AND all they did to fix the tire was to "bang it out", it looks awful! VERY UNHAPPY. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! More
