In every situation the staff have been upfront friendly and communicative. There have been situations where the staff have told me what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait which I really appreciate. Overall I don’t see myself taking my current Jeep or future Jeeps anywhere else. More

Me and my family have been buying all our vehicles from Pedro Brum from the last 8 years. Unfortunately I didn’t like the Ram but Pedro still worked out the whole deal with his fellow co-worker Mutaz Mousa at Toyota of Nashua. They didn’t just get me $7000 more for my trade but they also lower my payment by $100 a month from what I was being quoted from the other Toyota dealer. I just want to thank Pedro for the continued great customer service and the McGovern Group. Me and my family have a new home for our future vehicles !!! More

I chose McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram from the MoPar website to service a recall on my 2019 Jeep. So, I was skeptical. It was really easy to make an appointment online at their website and then someone called to confirm the recall needed and to give a more accurate time estimate. She said it would be a service I would have to return for later. I live in the heart of Boston, so Newton was a bit of a drive. When I got to McGovern, Kenny was my service agent. He took the time to explain my recalls and get my paperwork filled out quickly. He offered to get me a complimentary Uber (that would send to my phone) and made sure everything was set up. I ubered back to Cambridge for work and didn’t have to use my own money or take the commuter rail. I got a text asking me to review the inspection and paperwork. It gave me suggested services and if I wanted them completed. Totally low pressure and extremely transparent. My Jeep was done earlier than expected and when it was ready to be picked up. Kenny called me and got me an uber back to Newton to grab my Jeep. Picked up my car and was good to go! Simple and painless. Thank you so much Kenny and McGovern! More
