I was very grateful to Ryan Walazek, my technician, and Rahul Sharma, my service advisor, for replacing my driver's side sun visor and getting my day back on track. The common defect that causes Wrangler J Rahul Sharma, my service advisor, for replacing my driver's side sun visor and getting my day back on track. The common defect that causes Wrangler JL and Gladiator sun visors to come loose from the ceiling can actually sideline the use of the entire vehicle. I was very surprised to know that this part was in stock and the replacement was quick. My expectations were low due to COVID-related staffing shortages, lack of appointments, and broken supply chains. Thanks to Ryan and Rahul, I'm back and driving my Wrangler JL. More
