My experience with McGovern was really good overall. However, I cannot give five stars because I was charged $174.95 for them to diagnose my rear view camera. They told me it was broken and needed to be replaced… I already knew it was broken… that’s why I asked the guy how much it would cost to fix it. The guy literally told me “yea we would need to replace the camera”. It cost me $175 to hear him say this. When I complained about the charge, the guy applied a coupon to the bill which didn’t come close to making up for it. More
