I bought my 2013 JKU at McGovern brand new and I have always brought my JKU there for every service as needed. 2-1/2 hours into a 10 hour trip, my engine light came on and my engine started misfiring. A quick search of local Jeep dealerships turned up McGovern. I drove there in hopes of at least getting a code to and my engine started misfiring. A quick search of local Jeep dealerships turned up McGovern. I drove there in hopes of at least getting a code to identify the issue. Bart let me know that they would check my codes and after a short wait, he reported what the issue was. He initially told me they were booking appointments weeks out. Based on my expression, he must have realized that wasn't going to work for me. He then said he would see if he could free up a tech but I may have to wait several hours. At this point, waiting was not going to be a problem. After a wait, I saw my car being pulled into the garage bay and after they did their initial analysis, Bart explained the issue and provided a quote for the repairs. I gave him a thumbs-up and they made the repairs. Thanks to the quick and professional service provided by McGovern's, I was able to complete that leg of my trip and additional travel totaling 2600 miles. I was thankful to find them and I give them a high recommendation. More
