I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We wish we knew who you were so that we could offer assistance, but your anonymity precludes any response on our part. My interpretation from your comments (provided a week and a half after your visit) is that one of our employees may have greeted you without recognizing that you had been a customer of the store previously. Have I got that right? We have 6 people at our service desk and several thousand active clients, so I can see how you might interact with someone who did not know you. The individual who you have identified as having failed to recognize you is Alex Mueller. He is a terrific hardworking employee.... and he continues to ask me what happened here, for which I can offer no counsel.
