I have been a customer at this dealership location for the past 9 years. I am currently in my 4th lease, which is a 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe. When initially considering this lease, it was communicated by t the past 9 years. I am currently in my 4th lease, which is a 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe. When initially considering this lease, it was communicated by the sales team that I was to pay $1,000 down, pay off the balance of the loan amount of my previous lease, and to pay the excise tax of the previous lease. I recently received a notice from the leasing company that a bill for over mileage, as well as a disposition fee was due in my name for my previous car. When I agreed to the sale of the new lease, the over mileage and the disposition fee was to be waived, which is typical for all the previous leases I have agreed to at this dealership. I have reached out to the general manager multiple times through various methods and have yet to hear back from him on how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it appears that customer loyalty, communication, and customer satisfaction is not valued at this location. More
